Dr Rushin Patel B.D.S (Principal)
Rushin qualified from the University of Bristol in 2006 and took his first job in a practice in Dursley where he worked for 6 years. He then moved to become a partner of The Parks Dental Practice in 2011 and has proved to be very popular with our patients, who enjoy his friendly and caring manor.
Rushin enjoys cosmetic dentistry and has successfully completed numerous aesthetic cases, many utilising his further training in fitting clear braces. He also enjoys treating all the family, especially children where preventative dentistry is of the utmost importance. He regularly attends courses to keep abreast of the latest developments in dentistry, enabling him to give his patients a wide choice of modern treatments. When he is not working he can be found on the golf course, watching cricket or walking his cocker spaniel 'Persie'.
Dr Sandeep Achar B.D.S (Principal)
Sandeep qualified from the University of Bristol in 2006. He has since stayed in the West Country where he has continued to work in general practice.
He is a kind, considerate dentist, with a willingness to provide his patients with nothing but the best treatment that the practice has to offer, whether that be on the NHS or privately.
He has a wide experience in all aspects of dentistry. From simple fillings, root canal and dentures to more advanced work with bridges, crowns and cosmetic dentistry. He regularly attends courses to keep up to date with the latest the profession has to offer.
Always up for a challenge, Sandeep has tried to push himself outside of work. He has cycled from John o' Groats to Lands End, raising money for the Lymphoma Association. He has jumped out of a plane at several thousand feet to become a fully qualified skydiver. Also he is a keen skier and likes to run. Plans for the future: To complete the 3 peaks challenge and to walk the inca trail!
Dr Emily Brown B.D.SEmily graduated from the University of Bristol as a Dental Surgeon in 2009. She is originally from Kent but was drawn to remain in Bristol and continue her career in the South West. She is the practice's longest serving dentist having qualified and trained in Keynsham. She is very understanding and caring towards nervous patients. She especially enjoys treating children. Emily's interests include film and graphic novels.
Dr Mo Sharif B.D.S
Mo graduated from Barts and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2014. Born and raised in Bristol, he headed back to the South West to continue his dental career. He is an empathetic, compassionate and respectful team member and clinician with a good range of knowledge in investigating, diagnosing and treating oral disease and providing his patients with complete holistic care.
Mo has a passion for preventative dentistry and is keen to encourage and educate his patients in oral hygiene instruction and promote oral healthcare education.
Outside of the practice Mo likes to relax by going to the gym, watching world cinema and television, reading graphic novels and playing video games. He also likes to travel and experience different cultures and cuisines, having explored the Middle East, Europe and South East Asia.
Mr Ryan Critchley
Ryan qualified from Portsmouth university with a BSC in dental hygiene and therapy in 2016 and now loving his time in Bristol.
As a hygienist he works together with patients in creating and maintaining a healthy mouth.
Ryan works well with anxious patients creating a calm environment enabling him to tailor appointments to individual needs. His interests include food and technology.
